You can also email your purchase order to email@playhardsports.com.au and we will respond with a lead time, invoice for deposit and confirmation of delivery address, along with the relevant information. When the goods are ready for despatch, shipping details will be forwarded directly to you. Our freight forwarder can organise custom clearance and delivery to the destination so it’s all hassle free!
LEAD TIME
The lead time from order to dispatch is approximately 3 – 4 weeks, depending whether you’re ordering from inside Australia or overseas. In particular, Sea freight transit times vary from 3 – 6 weeks for most regions in the world, however a more accurate lead time and updates will be provided along the journey and at the time of ordering/dispatching. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for a more accurate lead time and we can provide further information for you.
FREIGHT
The cage poles are packaged in two sections with arms and gates separated, where the pulleys and other hardware are already attached to the poles and arms to reduce on site labour. A forklift is also needed at the destination or a crane truck can be organised for final delivery.
Below we have listed the crate sizes for each cage:
Thor 10 – Crate size 5.7 x 1.0 x 1.0m, 5.7 cubic metres, 750kg.
Thor 9 – Crate size 5.7 x 1.0 x 1.0m, 5.7 cubic metres, 650 kg.
Apollo – Crate size 3.6 x 0.8 x 0.8m, 2.3 cubic metres, 250kg.
INSTALLATION TIME
Holes for the ground sleeves and rope anchors can be drilled and concreted in one day, where an extra day should be allowed if a circle needs to be installed as well. The cages can be assembled and erected by two people in 5-7 hours using the winch and stand provided.
